I don't know why the email we sent to customers will appear on Google. Only by deleting the background email can the URL fail.

I want to ask how to solve this matter? We don't want to delete the emails we have sent, nor do we want our commercial secret exposure to the Internet.

Hello @BillZ013 ,

If the sent email's URL gets posted and made a live link anywhere - such as on your website or on a social page - then it will be available for searching due to how Google's system works.
