Hi @JonathanA208. By From Name, do you mean the ccsend at the end of your domain? If so, this was done as part of the new authentication requirements from Google and Yahoo. If you did not complete self-authorization before the changes took effect on February 1st, we automatically rewrote your “From” email address with our shared ccsend.com domain, which meets the DKIM and DMARC authentication requirements.
If you own your domain, you can do self-authentication which will show your From email address as [yourdomian].com. Please visit our Email Delivery Hub for more information.
