What is happening to my automated campaign? I spoke to customer service yesterday after 2-3 emails in the chain disappeared. They told me to recreate the lost emails. I started on one this morning, and it disappeared as well.

If you're unable to recreate the affected emails, then you'll have to recreate the automation path from scratch. As the issue's been tracked to your account already, you'll receive any further updates directly from the devs.
