A contact who appears to have opened an email several times received the Reminder message programmed to be sent to Non-openers. How are "non-openers" determined by Constant Contact?

For info on how opens are tracked, please see our main article on the topic. Any contacts that do not meet that criteria by the scheduled time of your non-opener email sendout will be sent that resend.
