Once I've loaded images into my library CH5 at Winston Salem Montessori I try to select images into my document and they are not there. I've tried and tried 5 times and nothing.

Hello @WSM6050,

Folders sometimes do not appear fully under our "images" tab. I recommend selecting an image placeholder and choosing our replace option to go directly to the Library from the editor. You can also search for the images here as well. Thanks!

Hello @WSM6050,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! Your library may be having a delay in updating with these new pictures. Try logging out of the account and back in, and then they should be there. Thank you!

hello, Thank you for responding.  I did log out to see if it would update and it did not.  I went back to confirm that my library had the images to select for my email and they are there; uploaded correctly as a JPEG photo image from my computer. Although still not able to select it for my email. the whole folder that contains 394 photos is not coming up. Today I only uploaded approx 83 photos.
