How do  I talk to an actual agent?  I have question thT ARE NOT COVERED BY THE ROBOT

Simply tell what you need assistance with, and the virtual assistant will pass you along to an agent. Or, you can demand to just speak with an agent and the VA will pass you along. You can also reach out on one of our other available support channels, such as Chat, Community, or social media DMs.
