contact import interface: cannot select existing list via short search term

Hello,

For the past two months with the new contact import to list interface I cannot select an existing list with just the starting letters of the list name.  I see the existing list show up, but no matter what I click, the interface creates a new list with the short search term so I have to type the entire list name in order to select it.

In addition, we have a list naming convention with a unique ID at the start, but the names are now too long so that I can't tell 110022-webinar.title.absentees  from 110022-webinar.title.attendees because they look like this:

110022-webinar.title....ees

110022-webinar.title....ees

I hope you can get this info to your engineers because it makes working with CC very difficult.

Hello @JamesL4 ,

I'm not able to recreate any of the issues described when testing in your account, nor in mine.

For the type/paste multiple and file upload methods, when I typed partial list names in your account, they showed, and I was able to select them without issue. I also had no issue displaying the full names, as even your longest contact list name simply included the rest of its letters and contact number total onto a second line.

The same was also for the single add method, as the longest list name simply made multiple lines to accommodate all of the letters and the contact total.

Have you tried zooming out on your browser screen (CTRL - on PC, CMD - on Mac), or widening it to make sure it fills your screen? If your browser window cannot accommodate all the wording on a webpage (whether due to the size of the window or the text and graphics), text is going to start getting cutoff, abbreviated, etc. across most sites.
