With new segment format I can no longer get accurate data by list for opens by campaign. In comparing data from previous searches old system creating same segment gives different data. No correlation. What's up. This is serious for customer with over 8,000 names in CC database.

Can you elaborate on the issue you're encountering? If you're staying consistent with the criteria setup, can you confirm that nothing among the contacts is different from your previous setups using the older segment system? Keep in mind, segments aren't supposed to necessarily be static, as the same data points can return different results based on you and your contacts' acitivty.
If you'd prefer to work 1:1 live, with an agent to address any issues or confusion for the new segment system, you're welcome to call in.
