I used to be able to see the reason/description of bounces. Now I can't. did something change? Is there a way to see why an email bounced? If it is just a vacation /out of office auto reply, I'll keep them on the list. If it is for any other reason, I need to delete them from the list. Thank you in advance.

Hi @AmyD5564
The good news is we do still offer users the ability to see why a contact has bounce. Where in your account are you looking for this email reporting? If your email included an A/B subject line test then this reporting can be found in a different way than normal following these steps.
