digital open house sign in sheets

I think it would be great that if I had an open house it would allow them to sign in and automatically be set up for the newletter I have been sending. 

Another point.  I signed up for zerotodiamond initially from Ricky Caruth and I am wondering why those templates are not available to me.

I'd recommend either having a sign up form - either one you've coded into your site (if applicable) or a landing page - open for them to sign up on. The other option would be to use the ListBuilder app. 

Regarding the Carruth template, you already have this in your account. Looking in your account, you have multiple copies of the "Zero to Diamond" template available to edit, copy, and send out within your account. Simply look through your email campaigns, or search for them with those keywords, and you'll see them named as such.
