email list and sent totals
I'm new to the platform. I just sent an email yesterday to 2 lists totaling 40K, but my sent total only equals 24K. Why?

I tested in your account to make sure, and there's a lot of contact overlap between the two lists you sent to. This means that even if the raw number combined might be higher, the number of unique contacts between the lists is the number that was actually sent to. The email was sent to the correct number of contacts.
