I had an email that I created a few days ago. It was supposed to go out this AM (along with a social media post). The email was never sent and now it's not even showing in my drafts. The social media post is showing but never posted. Whats going on? Ive been a CC user for years - usually smooth with an occassional glitch ... now having nothing but problems with CC for weeks at a key time that I'm starting my fall programs!
I'd advise calling our general support during their open hours so they can troubleshoot live, and work with the Tier 2 team to look into the email, at least based on the URL of the social post you scheduled.
