When I link to our email account from the newsletter, I am sent into a Microsoft rabbit hole. Any one of our readers will have the same experience. Why is this happening? It used to be so straightforward.

Hello @Suerpt ,

How are you going about linking to your "email account?" Are you linking to some kind of special profile page within Microsoft / Outlook? Or is your goal to simply setup a mailto: link?

If you're trying to link to some page on Microsoft's systems, it may be more prudent to reach out to their support, to see if there's specific URL or link you should be using to share the page. It's possible the URL you're trying to insert is a specific administrative one, similar to how social platforms have different URLs for people's pages, depending on whether they're an outside viewer versus the owner's view / editing mode.
