how can i see a list of contacts that have not opened my campaigns in over a year. I want to clear out the people who have not opened my emails in at least one year. Thanks!

Hello @MattS05 ,
You can use segmentation to filter out contacts who've chronically not opened your emails, Contact Activity > Did Not Open > Any Email > In the last > 1 year. You can then further manage this segment by adding it to a list, determining which contacts may still be worth keeping (such as very recent additions based on Date Added), and then deleting all the remaining non-openers and the segment list. There's also our pre-built low engagement segmentation, which you can use to re-engage those specific contacts that rarely if ever open your emails.

Hello,
This is actually what I am trying to do. However, I am not seeing the Contact Activity option under segmentation or anywhere else. Is this feature still available? I would like to find contacts who have not opened my emails in x amount of time. The least engaged was the closest option I found, but it includes people who have opened emails, though infrequently and not often, and I want to find people who hadn't opened any emails at all in x time. Thanks!
Hello @user083563 ,
You're replying to an older thread. The wording of the segment system has changed a bit (now "Email Activity"), but that's all covered in the articles linked in my prior comment. Please follow the guidance of those articles for step-by-step and visual guidance on setting up your non-opener segment. I can confirm this is available in your account.
Thank you! It looked a bit different last time I searched for this, so the wording clarification helps. I appreciate the article and videos options and found the most video most helpful in providing me a clear idea of where this feature was located and how to apply it.
Do you know if there's a way to exclude people who recently subscribed to the mailing list? I would like to give them a chance to get engaged and don't want to accidentally get rid of them by batch removing everyone on this list.

It looks like you cannot generate a segment based on a time frame anymore. Last 5 emails doesn't go back far enough, a specific email doesn't fit, nor does any email. Please add back the ability to create a segment based on non-opens for a period of time I can adjust. I used to have a segment for this, but with the recent changes it no longer generates and it was so useful to keeping my contact list meaningful.
Hello @BethS12 ,
Yes you can select a date range, by selecting the "Any Email" option in the newer segmentation system. Please refer to the linked articles in my Accepted Solution response if you're needing guidance on using segmentation, or just refer to this article specifically.
