it was decided "not to fix this issue at this time"

I got a wacky mail merge email from Constant Contact Support Follow-Up, letting me know that one of the issues we've been discussing was decided not to be fixed. But they apparently forgot to do the merge, so we don't know which of the several we've been discussing has been abandoned. I wrote back and asked them to fix it and they re-sent the same message. Anyone know anything bout what this may refer to? Here's the text of the email.

I am following up to the issue you reported with {INSERT ISSUE}. I apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused. Our engineering and development teams prioritize which issues are fixed based on a variety of factors. After reviewing this request, they have made the difficult decision that we will not be fixing this issue at this time. For now, you can {INSERT WORKAROUND}.

Hi @rcppubs23. I found the email that was associated with a case you had opened in April about segmentation. I've asked the agent to contact you to further discuss the email.
