HI there, the past couple social posts i've done, i haven't received and impressions/engagement feedback. Wondering what i'm doing wrong....the error code both months indicate "we could not load this data." But the posts actually went thru....so not sure what's happening. thank you!

Hello @AnneS143 ,

 

There is currently an error with your social pages' connections your Constant Contact account, as indicated by this banner on the social pages tab:

When I check the pages erroring:

errored pages and repair.png

 

I'd advise clicking the Repair Connection button to repair the API connection between the two systems for your pages. Otherwise, the full process would be:

  1. Disconnect the erroring social pages.
  2. Remove our permissions from your settings for those social pages.
  3. Reconnect the social pages to your Constant Contact account.
