permanently remove a contact

how do i do it. Not just delete, permanently remove.

Hello @FUMCOASIS ,

The only step beyond simply deleting a contact from your account is to unsubscribe them first, either as part of removing recommended-for-removal bounces, by manually setting their permissions status to unsubscribed via the three dots menu for their specific contact, or by including them in an unsubscribe-specific upload file.
