popups get in the way

This has happened repeatedly with different popups you throw up within the site. Tonight it happened to me trying to edit a segment that I use regularly but vary the parameters. In this case I was editing the criteria which involved dates. When I clicked in the box to change the date, the calendar drops down, where I used to be able to click on the date, but now there's an overlay "offering" help with creating a segment. If I try to click away from it, it takes me out of the segment I'm editing. I can't properly select the dates because I can't see the top of the calendar to know what month it's referencing. You need to test these things so they are not blocking important information y our users need. Or at the very least, create a way to get rid of the overlay but stay on the page. It really feels like the more renditions of the email interface you develop, the harder they get to use. Often the problem is too many clicks.

Ah, nevermind, some other agents were able to recreate the issue finally after making a few adjustments on both Frefox and Chrome. They're working to get an issue ticket written up, and I'll get it tracked to your account.

That said, does the issue persist when you adjust the actual size of the browser window? They still had to shrink up or expand out their browser screens overall to cause the issue to occur, so they're wondering if simply adjusting the window size on your side will at least alleviate the issue in the immediacy.

Hi @rcppubs23 ,

I checked with our higher level technical team, and we're both having troublesh recreating this issue.

Does this issue persist when you zoom in our out on your browser screen? Or, if you reset to 100% zoom (CTRL 0 on PC or CMD 0 on Mac)? If you have access to any others, does the issue persist for you on other browsers or devices?
