The "From Name" in the email settings ("All Saints Church") appears differently on the sent email ("ASC Information") -- even though I can find no instance of "ASC Information" anywhere -- and this is negatively affecting open rates. How can I change the From Name back to what it should be, "All Saints Church"?

Hello @KeithH245 ,
Check your email's header in the editor / reporting page to make sure you still have it set to "All Saints Church" for our side. Once you've confirmed that, then it means the receiving end is forcing that different name to show. This could be a default setting, something in your address book, an aspect of your organization's network, or something else - but it'd all come from outside our system.
