My last campaign sent reminders to people that had in fact opened the email. is this something I did incorrectly in scheduling the email? I don't want to pester our clients so I really don't want to resend when they have already opened.
Hello @JackiE0 ,
Can you describe the exact process you went about setting up the resend? Did you setup the automated resend to non-openers while originally scheduling the email? Or was it something you setup after the initial sendout? Did you make a list from the original sendout's DNO report, then manually send a copy of the email to that?
Do you know if there was anything distinctive about the contacts that had opened the email the first time, but still received the resend - like all being from the same domain, or all opening the email at the same time within a minute or two of receiving it?
Or by "reminders," do you mean event invitations?
