Hello @JoseS815 ,

At this time, only one segment can be selected when sending/scheduling emails. If you need to send an email to multiple segments, you can either add the segments to a single list or to multiple individual lists, and then send the email to the list(s).

Can we have more than ten lists in a segment? I need 30 lists in a segment to use segments successfully. Otherwise I will pick 30 list names so I can send a specific email simultaneously to all one Industry.

Hello @JenniferS7 ,

Have you considered merging the 30 lists into a new, singular list? That way you can just select one option when sending an email to a specific industry.

If you need to further filter that industry list via segmentation, you can then do so without having to make a ton of +AND selections for building the segment, all while having a single segment to work from for sending to.

We tried to set up a segmented list in the past, but it caused some issues. Our sales reps target specific vendors and ads within particular industries. For instance, we might have a list of 20 parent vendors in the Automotive Vendor industry. Each parent vendor could have multiple smaller companies with different names, locations, shop names, and contact information.

We may want to target just "Parent Vendor and Company Y" with all contacts associated with them while excluding other companies from that larger Automotive list.

To make this easier, we would like to create a segment for all Automotive vendors and combine all 30 lists into one single segment so we can send all 30 lists the same email for certain email blasts. This will let our sales reps still have access to their lists they created control only their lists while not effecting others lists.

Are you currently utilizing tags for these contacts, @JenniferS7 ? Tags can be used in tandem with segmentation, or just narrowing-by-tag for sending emails to specified lists (for accounts with less than 10k contacts). You could set tags for everything from industry types, vendor vs. some other client type, etc.

Segmentation isn't necessarily a catch-all for dozens of different cirteria. The reason I'm bringing up these other contact management functions is because, based on what you're describing, this should already be possible with the exiting functionalities- it's just a matter of how the contacts are managed on a case-by-case basis.
