New verification codes - expire too quickly and no info re device location

We have a number of users, including some staff, who use one of our Constant Contact logins. With this sudden change to require verification codes, our users are being caught unawares. The fact that the code expires so quickly (most sites allow 10-15 minutes, which is helpful) and the fact that there's absolutely no device location information provided (which could help us identify who needs the code) is making it difficult for folks to get their work done. We truly appreciate the safety part of having the verification codes. If the process could be modified to allow more time and provide more information (device location), that would be hugely helpful. Thanks.
