Hi @Wellwomen We are working on an updated event experience in a more advanced tool. While we do not have an update or timeline to share or can guarantee any kind of commitment on how we will be handling registration notification emails, we hope this indicates some awareness that we have heard your feedback and could be taken under consideration while we are building out this tool. The workaround we suggest in the meantime is to create an email address which all relevant account users can share access to, and set this address as the Event Contact.

Hi everyone, thank you for your patience as we looked into this! The good news is we have received word from our engineers that feature request has been fixed. Users do now have the ability to select a width and color of the border. We apologize for the experience you're having in your account and would like to share both of the things you have mentioned are things we are in the process of tracking and collecting feedback on. In fact we recommend sharing your needs for a "recent" tab on the template picker and having your campaign's thumbnail appear directly on their idea threads so your feedback may be tracked properly.

Hi @ClementPlaza We have received reports of users using the Third-Generation Editor template "Basic Newsletter" and inserting a "Feature Article Block" only being able to edit the border color for the block, and not the background block color. This is however a defect we do not have plans to update due to the low number of tracks from other customers and the prioritization of other ideas. If we hear anything in the future regarding this feature request, we will update the thread. In the meantime, are you having this same experience in our updated cross device editor?

Having the ability to control how the pop-up form appears on the screen is a feature request we are in the process of collecting feedback on. While we do not currently have a time estimate pertaining to this request, we are continuing to share the feedback and use cases discussed here. Hi @user83245 At this time being able to turn off link tracking is not an available feature. If your contacts are however experiencing issues accessing your links because of link tracking we would recommend contacting the support team and if possible, having some information on hand to reduce the amount of time needed for troubleshooting: The security program and the version number If the recipient is on a home or work network, wifi or data Are the links you're inserting into the email beginning with HTTP or HTTPS? Have they safelisted our URLs?

In the meantime, as a workaround, we recommend users use items to offer these different sessions or use the Eventbrite integration.

Hi @TheD1 Have you tried creating separate logins for each user on your account? The good news is accounts with multiple users do have the ability to set up MFA for each individual user.
