We would like to see a feature implemented where we can sort through the analytics for the past year based off the campaign's name. We utilizing CC for different purposes with our account, and will need numbers that allow us to accurately showcase the separate email campaigns that we have sent. As of right now CC does not allow you to automatically separate campaigns from the previous year by names and provide accurate data just for those campaigns.   I noticed images with a link opens it in the same tab, text with link opens in new tab. It should at least be consistent for all kinds of links...   While I personally prefer if the link opens in a new tab/window when I'm viewing in the browser, some of my clients want all links to open in the same tab so they can press the back button... it would be nice if there was an option to select "Open in a new tab" checkbox so I can control this for all links, buttons etc. ... It would be EXTREMELY helpful if there was an option to add a functional countdown timer to marketing campaigns. Often times I run sales or workshops and potential clients are more likely to feel a sense of urgency to respond when they see the remaining time to register dwindling down. I had to go to another website to grab a customizable countdown for my email only to find out that Constant Contact doesn't allow for a single embedded element to be placed in templates. Part of the benefit of a template is not needing to change values/text that are the same every time. This should logically extend to the email settings. Constant contact allows for multiple managers, which means that more than one person can send emails. If Person A sends an email using a template, they will want their name and reply-to address associated with that template, every time an email is sent. Currently, the subject line is saved, but the name and address revert to the account defaults. Getting annoyed at Constant Contact (this time about Constantly being logged out), search for an option to change it, and finding a reasonable feature request that is 7 years old with pages and pages of comments is the standard Constant Contact experience. Please let us decide what the security level should be for our own accounts rather than choosing for us. My computer is in my home office, I am the only one using it, and most of my job is IT related. The remote tools I use to control business servers for 100s of people don't log me out after 15 minutes, because they include features so I can decide the timeout. I want to create a map that shows me where my contacts are by geographic location.  We have over 2,000 contacts. We use our contact lists for business development. We have monthly campaigns that go out for luncheons. I want to be able to tie our contacts to the luncheon like the "list" feature, but see them on a map. We do a lot of sales canvassing, and it's impossible for me to find a tool that does this for me. @Caitlin_m If I understand what you typed correctly, that would be the goal that a copy and paste would look exactly like it looks like on word and it would go into the Constant Contact email. If it was hyperlinked on word on directly from a Wordpress website then it would stay hyperlinked when added to Constant Contact.  That is not currently possible at the moment.
