Thanks for following up with these details! Having the ability to add more columns to the type in or paste contacts flow is a feature request we are in the process of tracking. We can't guarantee a commitment to deliver on this feature request but should indicate some awareness that we will continue to share any feedback and use cases discussed here. We will mark this as Acknowledged and will post any updates we may hear from our teams. In the meantime, the workaround we suggest it to type all contact information into a spreadsheet first, and then import the file.

When using the "Type or Paste Contacts" feature, you can add unlimited rows, but there's a limit to the number of columns of data that can be entered. I'd like to be able to add a few more fields of data per contact.

Hi everyone,
The good news is users have been having an easier time with adding alt text within our cross-platform editor insert image window. In fact users can type over 1,000 characters and special characters. The limitation being described in this thread only seems to be a limitation of editing the image description within the Library tab. Does adding your alt text within your email campaign help fit your needs?

The good news is our cross platform editor does allow users the ability to control the tiling of background images. If you are now experiencing the images appearing incorrectly please share with us the image URL from your library, a screenshot of what you are seeing, and the email client being used directly on the thread for wanting more control of background images so we may troubleshoot further.

The good news is the slowness you are seeing with images is an experience we are in the process of tracking. In fact we recommend sharing any feedback you may have on this directly on its feature request thread. As for your images being uploaded in the wrong direction, where are these images originating from? We have seen some cases where images taken with mobile phones do upload at a 90 degree angle. In these cases it can usually be fixed after the image has been uploaded by using the image editor to rotate the image.
