There are many factors that are used to decide what is added to or updated in our product which can cause us to sometimes not have a timeline for when a feature will be updated. Hi @CatherineB9732 are you adding contacts to your account through our mobile app or using your mobile browser? If you are using your mobile browser, what browser is it? We also do recommend downloading our mobile app app if you are working on a mobile device as it is a better experience, especially with adding contacts.

Hi @JAC emails auto-save every 5 actions or 3-5 minutes with no action. At this time there is not a way to turn off or edit the timing for this auto-save function. They are both however feature requests we are collecting feedback on. As for the background color, what steps are you taking before this change appears? Are you seeing it happen in more than one email campaign? Or through more than one browser/a private or incognito window?

Hi @IreneS196 that is correct. Our social tool will share posts on your Instagram page, not your Instagram story. This tool also does not share videos regardless of the social platform. We have however tracked these feature requests in your account in the meantime.
