If I deactivate a user who has left the company will the content created by the user (campaigns, templates, uploaded images and documents, etc.) still be available to my other users?

How do you resize an image/graphic imported from Canva in an email for an optimal look on desktop and mobile? I get how to do this on a stock image, however, I can't figure it out when it is a graphic/image I mad in canva. Thanks for your help!
