Unfortunately, once an email has been sent externally and is in the "Sent" status, there is no way to bring it back or to recall it from people's inboxes. If this technology does become available in the system in the future, I will definitely have our engineering team reach back out to you.
For now, you would want to copy the email, make any changes or revisions to it that you need to make, and schedule it again.
