That's terrible! @WillR and @Caitlin_M, is it possible to send a notice out to Constant Contact users, alerting them of this issue? It took one of our members reaching out to us directly to let us know this was happening.

Hello,
Recently, I noticed that my campaigns were sent to contacts with tags that I had excluded from the send. I have less than 10,000 subscribers (but over 10,000 contacts). Segmenting my contacts is very slow and cumbersome since I've been using tags successfully for a long time. Any advice?
