Hello @OlliaY ,   An email's Unique Opens will only show the contact's most recent open of the email. To see all the times we've tracked their opening - assuming they've allowed the invisible 1x1 pixel image to load up in the email so it can be tracked - you'd want to look at the email's All Opens report.    For more info on how emails' open rates are tracked and calculated, please see our main article on the subject. ...
