It's a mixed bag of situations. I can try exporting new clients as a CSV and doing the file import, but am unable to export the names which are still just leads. There is a 3rd party integration which I am able to use (and do use) for the leads which come in via our website chatbot (Intaker to Zapier to Constant Contact), but I can't tell at a glance which leads those are which is why I have to search each email in contacts as I go. Unfortunately, Zapier is not able to extract email data when a new case is added. Obviously the ideal situation would be a full integration betwixt y'all and MyCase.

When I search my contacts and discover that an address is not already added, I then have to: Click "Add Contacts" Click "Create a New Contact" Type or paste the email address again I would love for there to be a button on the side of search that just says "add this address" and the new contact window would appear with the address already populated. Because Constant Contact does not integrate with our case management software (MyCase), I have to manually enter 30-60 new addresses each month and having this feature would make it significantly more convenient.

While that certainly sounds like a reasonable workaround, it's definitely not as convenient as being able to view it on the dashboard. I suppose for now it's what I'll have to do. Thanks, but yes, please let me know if an update ever occurs.

My database consists of about 1,000 clients. We use their birthdate to send an automated birthday greeting card. I'm attempting to update the database by filling in any missing birthdates via our office records, but in the 7 columns that can be configured in the contacts display, there is no option for birthdate (only addresses, company, 2nd email, etc.). Is there a way to get the birthdate to be one of the 7 columns so I can scroll down the list and see which records need to be updated?

We're an estate planning law firm, so I just sent out a newsletter with resources for caregivers, and a reminder that the office will be closed on Thursday and Friday. Most of our communication is just keeping in touch with clients, sharing office info, resources, helpful tips, etc.
