@Nick_S Correct, all hours are self reported and we HOPE they use their same address. This is why I thought a form through C.C. that self fills from the direct address the client received it would be better - do the loading pages do that? Will the new hours be added together and not 'over-ride' each other?

We have a google form that collects our family's name, school event, and their hours because we track volunteer hours for service awards. However, it would be ideal to track with reporting benefits in Constant Contact. How do you do this? I need to manage our PTO inventory and allow people to 'check out' items and then return them. These are non-payment items so we don't need that part of the event management. Has anyone utilized the inventory management for non-payment transactions and 'returns'?
