Hi,   Just want to confirm if unsubscribed contacts (and those that bounced) are automatically removed from the automation series. We saw that some contacts unsubscribed when the trigger email (opens the email - 1st one) was sent. It appears that the number of contacts in the queue for the 2nd email is increasing (those that opened the trigger email). I'm wondering if those that have unsubscribed/bounced are still on queue for the 2nd email. Do I need to manually removed those have have unsubscribed from those that have opened list who they won't be included on queue for the 2nd email? Will they still receive the 2nd email from the automation series OR the system automatically removes them from the series & they won't receive the 2nd email? Thanks. ... View more
