Our 15-year-old homeowners association never had regular communication from the Board of Directors to Owners about the decisions and work of the Board, or about happenings in the community involving Owners. Constant Contact allowed this change over the past two years with an affordable platform that produces informative and visually engaging communications that is accessible on desktop and laptop computers, and digital devices. More than 60 From-the-Chairman emails have reached upwards of 43 of 52 subscriber owners and friends and with an 80 percent open/read rate over nearly two years. These emails have elevated the profile and visibility of all Owners and their activities and contributions inside and outside the community.
