I'm not seeing where a phone call from a "top level tech" was promised between the chat and call cases. Per the chat between the phone support agent and higher level technical agent, this is a known defect, and it was tracked to your account accordingly. As such, if and when there's an update from the devs, you'll be notified directly. At this time there is not an ETA on any update.
If the workarounds and troubleshooting info (remake the custom landing page, set the design tab defaults to match the individual formats) previously provided did not alleviate the issue, then there's nothing further to be done from your end.
