I'm sorry, but I don't see any record of a promise for a phone call from a "top level tech." However, I did find a chat between the phone support agent and a higher level technical agent that confirms this is a known defect. The defect has been tracked to your account, and you'll be notified directly when there's an update from the developers. I don't have an ETA on the update at this time.
If the workarounds and troubleshooting info (remake the custom landing page, set the design tab defaults to match the individual formats) previously provided did not alleviate the issue, then there's nothing further to be done from your end.
