Hello @DSVS , This is already available in accounts. You can do so by creating, and then saving resuable templates. You can then copy directly from the template on your Campaigns screen, or find it on the template selection screen while creating a new email. If you need to make edits, you do so, then save that new version.

At this time, we do not have a sentiment tracker functionality built-into the email builder. You'd either need to use a separate system to generate your own link tracking, link to a survey page, or insert a poll block.

I feel like this needs to be improved. Redirecting folks to another site when we are trying to get donations as a nonprofit just isn't acceptable. You all know that videos are the best way to get clicks. Why in the world would anyone want them redirected away from the email? I can send out a beautiful email with videos from Canva but not Constant Contact? The design features are seriously lacking on your platform.
