There is not a check-in system for the event tool at this time. It would need to be done using a pen & paper method, QR code scanning app, or some other external method.

If you're text wrapping, then no - only one image can be text wrapped at a time. If you're just wanting to line up the photos horizontally with a single text block beneath them (in a separate row), you'd simply need to arrange the blocks in the email accordingly.

You should be able to activate the event, without setting up payment if there's no charged tickets for your event. I made a CSCTEST event in your account to confirm, and I was able to activate the event without needing to connect a payment processor to it.

At this time the events would need to be individually setup, as recurring / repeat events are not currently a function of the event tool.
