Hi Caitlin, so yes, it's the only series that we have active. The issue is that I can't get it to trigger an email. I have looked in all the spam and promotional folders and I have tried a few different email addresses and it's not working. I have been sending some email campaigns to multiple lists. It turns out some of these contacts are on the bounce list as well as the lists that I am sending to. Is there a way to mass remove the contacts that are on both lists and leave them on the bounce list? thanks everyone!

We are having a very high bounce rate for a lot of our marketing emails. Most of them are suspended email accounts. What is the best strategy to clean those emails up so they don't continue to impact the bounce rate?
