You can try creating custom fields for those, to see if the integration is then able to pull that info into your Constant Contact account. If you're unable to resolve the issue on your own, I'd advise calling our general support and requesting a transfer to our Tier 2 integrations support team.

You can utilize our sign up landing pages for those individual lists, so when a contact wants to receive SMS updates for a particular area, they select the link to that landing page form.
