Hello we have a similar question. I have an extract of members and noticed that a member is no longer listed in the system but has been listed for several years including the last excel report we produced at the end of July. Please confirm if there is an AUDIT log showing who and when a record was deleted. There has to be logs on the back end that show which profiles made changes. For example, what if a user deleted our entire membership list? We need to ensure to address that with that user. Thanks!

Physical addresses are required in order to comply with federal and international anti-spam laws. Either your organization's address, or your personal address if a freelancer, would need to be in that footer. Since this is a legal requirement, it must be included in all emails sent through us, which is why it's part of the dedicated footer that we automatically include.
