Hmmm... I haven't been experiencing that myself, nor any of my clients. How frustrating! How are your bounces? If you haven't cleaned up your "recommended for removal" bounces recently, it would probably be a good idea to look into that. Here are some tips from CTCT to help improve your open rates.
