I'll be moving your thread to that board. Regarding your questions, yes you can send an email to only one or two contacts at a time. How you go about doing so, will depend on the status of the email campaign itself. For example, if you're sending an email that's never been sent before to those 1 or 2 contacts, they'd need to be in a contact list of their own. If the email has been sent previously (AKA- has the Sent status), then you can use the Quicksend functionality to send to a specific contact.
Regarding the Zapier integration, we wouldn't have much insight on what the hang up is specifically. However, if they're saying that you're supposed to contact our Delivery / Review teams regarding your account's verfied addresses, then you can call them directly.
