Your account's lists have less contacts than your total active contacts. It means that some of the subscribed contacts you have aren't in a list. You can filter for contacts not on any list, and determine how you want to handle them- export and deletion, adding them to the appropriate list(s), etc.

This indicates that not all of your contacts are in a list, so when you're sending emails, you're not sending them to all of your contacts.
