Chat support's default go-to wording when they find something we're tracking - whether it's something we can or cannot control, or if it's a glitch, feature request, or usability consideration - is "this appears to be an issue on our end." This particular issue is more delivery-based, than an actual glitch. In this regard, if your contacts aren't receiving the confirmation emails, even when you manually resend them, then I'd advise looking into delivery recommendations. Otherwise, you may also want to consider speaking directly with the Delivery team.
