I am setting up a signup form with a custom field where a subscriber can enter a question or comment to the customer/company. After submitting they will get a Thank You email/receipt via an automated path. I need this email to also send to an additional list of the customers sales team, so they can reach out directly if needed. Is there a way to achieve this through Constant Contact? We are transferring this customer from SharpSpring, a Constant Contact owned platform, where this is handled via notification. Maybe there is a different method that I am missing?
