The Email & Digital Marketing system is not equipped to inquire about personalized information, except for surveys and event registrations. If you wish to create a sign-up form that can gather customized details or accept lengthy responses from new subscribers, while also automatically sending emails to specific distribution lists or members of the organization, it will have to be established separately from the Constant Contact account.
