Hello - I am Pat Trotter and I am a photographer.  I am working on a book about the medieval Lords of the Isles in Scotland and want to start spreading the word about the book and develop a following before it is published.  I created a list of Scottish clans and organizations in the U.S., Great Britain, Canada and Australia but it seems I cannot use this list with this service as I don't have permissions to email these people.  The whole plan is to email them and ask if they want to be on the mailing list about the book.  If  I can't email them through Constant Contact how do I get the list set up?  I have another list I have compiled of potential sponsors for the book - i.e. Scottish businesses like Logan Air, Hebridean Air, etc. but again it is my prospect list and I do not have permissions as it appears I need for Constant Contact.  Do I need to do all of this manually and get the permissions one by one and then use this service?  My intention is to contact all of these contacts and tell them briefly about the book and ask them to sign up to receive updates, etc.   ...
