As my original message William, the Advanced Search feature is unresponsive. I tried searching by date, by file name.. nothing happened at all. I don’t want to delete everything within the date range. I simply want the ability to sort. You are busily adding new functionality .. SEO, AI.. all sounds sexy but the basics of your email marketing functions are getting less and less usable. I tried searching to see whether others have the same problem. It’s not immediately obvious but then it’s perhaps not obvious until you really start using CC. I have 10+ years of history with Constant Contact and I don’t really want to switch to another email blast platform. I simply don’t understand why they can’t get to the bottom of the problem. I’ve offered and offered to look at what are the common factors in the photos that don’t display. No one ever responds. The customer service people are apologetic. So now they have reduced my monthly charges to compensate. But it’s not about the money - I would rather pay twice as much and have the issue fixed! ... View more

It’s not only Outlook. I have the same issue in Apple Mail. I suggest you call their billing department and ask for a refund. When enough people stop paying they will maybe take it seriously. Hi Kyle,  I'm a Mac user and I'm having the same problem with images not displaying in my Constant Contact emails - not every image - just a few of them. All the images are in my library. The look OK in the editor.. but in the Preview some of the images just appear as a question mark. Some of my subscribers are telling me they can't see my images either.  This has started to happen in the last 6 weeks or so though one of my subscribers told me she couldn't see the images a few months ago - I thought it must just be her! But I wonder how many other images are not showing up.. the images are an important part of my content. What can you suggest please?     ... View more
