Hi @MichelleG79 ,
I checked your account, and advanced search worked just fine when I was testing in it. I was able to use select-all to only select the library files that'd already been revealed, and un-select on an individual basis. I was also able to select on an individual basis. With the sheer amount of files, the situation is that it might take more than a few seconds to search up everything, depending on what parameters you set for the advanced search.
I will concede that the "349" results in incorrect, and is likely an issue of the search functionality being overloaded, based on my search date range. Accurate numbers show when I do smaller date ranges, such as a week at a time or a month at a time. There were hundreds of files uploaded in the final week of 2022 alone, so I would definitely recommend doing smaller date ranges as you begin purging older files, to make the work more digestible.
Going forward, it may be best to utilize folders while initially uploading your files, if you'd like more fine-tuned management of your library files. Between folders and subfolders, you may find it easier to track down and manage the files you're wanting to, especially for the sake of purging (i.e. label files based on month/year they're being used).
If you're needing 1:1 guidance and assistance on clearing out / mass-exporting your library files, I'd advise calling our general support so they can work live with you, or collect the necessary details on what you're trying to accomplish.

Regarding the editor, it's working fine on my end when I tested in your account, and worked fine when I tested in my own account on both my work and personal devices. That said, I did have some issues loading up one of your CPE emails initially because, quite frankly, it was longer than literally any other email I've worked on or received.
If you're going to be sending entire catalogues in a single email, rather than curated content based on specific lists, I have some recommendations to reduce the sheer email length (and thus the bandwidth necessary to operate):
include the catalogues as PDF links, or
host them directly on your site, and link to your main site in the email.
Keep in mind that longer emails are likely to get clipped past a certain point in many email programs/apps, and absolutely will in the most popular email programs / apps (Apple, Gmail, etc.). Extremely long campaigns result in increasingly more bandwidth being utilized to display the email, and to maintain autosaving in the editor. Too much, and it can cause severe lag or outright crashes, depending on your browser, internet provider, or device.
For more info regarding email length recommendations, I'd advise checking out this article.
