Hi @DHLC. This is due to a setting called Advanced Typography in Outlook 365 which is not something we can override on the Constant Contact end. Any contacts that use Outlook 365 will need to make changes on their end to remove the hyphenated words.
See the following article from Microsoft to turn off this setting. We are not able to assist with changing these settings and they will need to contact Microsoft if they are not seeing this setting.
